Mr. Abdullah Al-Ruwaitie

Mr. Abdullah has over 17 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. He served as Head of Product Development at Alistithmar Capital Company, and as Senior Product Development Manager at AlJazirah Capital Company. During his career he contributed to the launch of more than 19 investment funds, created several investment policies, in addition to numerous other investment products, including discretionary portfolios and regular investment subscription programs. Previously, he worked as a Fund Manager at Al-Mostathmer Securities during its establishment phase. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University in Canada.

Mr. Sameer Hakami

Mr. Sameer Has a master degree in Finance from Saunders College of Business. He has more than 10 years’ experience in investment field. Sameer held many positions: Investment Manager at Jazan University, Manager of Vision Realization Office at Emirate of Jazan Province, Senior Investment Manager at Itqan Capital and Advisory Board Member in investment startups. He holds CME-4 & CME-5 Certificate and has passed level 1 of (CFA) certificate

Eng. Basel Othman

Eng. Basel has over 25 years of experience in banking and investment across both local and international institutions. He held several senior positions at HSBC Saudi Arabia, SABB, Emirates NBD, and Arab National Bank.
He is specialized in wealth and investment management for High and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals, in addition to serving Institutional clients and family offices.

Eng. Mohammed Al-Bar

 

Eng. Mohammed has over 24 years of diverse experience across the investment and government sectors, with a specialization in real estate development.

Throughout his career, he has held several prominent positions, having served as an Advisor to the Minister of Housing and as an Advisor to the Housing Program. He also held the position of Vice President at Emaar Arabia, one of the companies under the SEDCO Holding Group, where he played a significant leadership role in delivering and influencing major real estate projects.

Dr. Omar Bafaqeeh

 

Dr. Omar has over 15 years of professional experience. He has served as an Advisor to His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Education for Universities, Research, and Innovation, as well as an Advisor to the Ministry of Health’s Crowd Management Project, and a Quality Auditor at the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.

He is distinguished by his expertise in strategic planning, institutional transformation, data analysis, and project management.

He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from University of Toledo, in addition to several specialized professional certifications, including CME 1, Six Sigma, PMO, and PMP.

Dr. Rakan AlRdaan

Dr. Rakan has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of law and governance. His expertise combines deep legal knowledge with practical understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial sector. He has held several leadership and advisory roles across diverse sectors.
He holds both a Master’s degree and a PhD in Law from University of Leeds, in addition to earning several advanced professional certifications in law, compliance, and governance, including CME-1, CME-2, CCO, and GRCP.

Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Saleh

 

Mr. Abdulaziz holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University. He has over nine years of experience in the human resources field, covering establishment, development, governance, and digital transformation within major companies such as Advanced Electronics Company and stc.

He also participated in leadership development and executive preparation programs within the stc Group and holds several professional certifications in management and human resources.

Nasser Al-Anazi

 

Nasser Al-Anazi is an Operations Assistant Manager with a strong background in finance and accounting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in addition to a professional diploma in Accounting. He has built his career on broad and diverse experience across the financial, investment, and insurance sectors, including roles at Bloom Invest Saudi and Tharwat Securities, where he provided advanced financial services and contributed to the management of investments and investment funds in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.

He has obtained several accredited professional certifications, including IFSAH, FMVA, CME-2, CME-1, and the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification from Bloomberg.

Syed Sarwar

Mr. Syed Sarwar has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, having worked across financial institutions, insurance companies, and Big Four firms. He specializes in investment management, operations, financial planning, budgeting, as well as internal and external auditing.

He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA) and also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA), and also holds several other specialized professional certifications in his field, reflecting his strong commitment to the highest standards of efficiency and quality in financial management.
