He has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of investment and wealth management. Throughout his extensive career, he has held several positions at various financial institutions such as Dirham Capital, Al Arabi Capital, and Alinma Investment. During this time, he gained comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, various investment strategies, and managerial practices. He also holds the International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (CME-4) issued by the Capital Market Authority
Syed Sarwar
He has over twenty years of experience working in the Financial Services industry with Insurance Companies, Investment Firms, and Big Four Audit Firms. My core competency areas are Financial Reporting, Planning, and Budgeting, Internal and External Audit and Compliance. I have worked in various capacities in CMA and SAMA-regulated entities, handling the Finance, Investments, Internal Audit, and Compliance functions. I have been Managing the financial reporting, planning and budgeting function of the Company as part of the core team for over 4 years now. I am a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK and Certified Internal Auditors US, I also have a Master’s degree in Commerce

He also served as Executive Vice President of Emaar Arabia. a SEDCO Holding company.

He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Hull in the UK and a PhD in Law from the University of Leeds, also in the UK. In addition, he has obtained numerous advanced professional certifications in the legal field and the financial sector.
She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance and risk management. She has worked in several companies regulated by the Saudi Central Bank or the Capital Market Authority. including financial companies, banks, and insurance companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. in addition to several professional certifications in her field.
He has over 23 years of experience in human resources and shared services management. He holds a bachelor’s degree from King Saud University and an advanced diploma in human resources. He has held multiple positions in the government and private sectors. He holds professional certifications in strategic planning, professional project management and change management.
Mr. Nasser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Qassim University. His professional experience spans several years in the financial and insurance industry. He has worked in prominent companies such as Bloom Invest Saudi Arabia and Tharwat Securities. where he provided advanced financial services and participated in managing investments and investment funds. He holds several professional certifications from the Capital Market Authority. including CME-1, CME-2, and IFSAH. as well as a BMC certificate from Bloomberg.
Abdulmalik Aldawish
Work as Fund Manager in the Asset Management Department at Tatimah Capital, where he oversees the structuring and management of alternative investment funds, including real estate funds. His responsibilities also include analyzing investment opportunities and supervising the financial and strategic performance of these funds.
Before joining Tatimah Capital, Abdulmalik gained experience across various financial sectors, including financial services, banking advisory, government entity with experience in financial planning, revenue analysis, and financial modeling
